Are your perfume oils vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free.

Any “leather”, “animalic” or "creamy" scent notes in our perfumes are derived from plant materials.

We are strongly against animal testing and have made sure that all of our suppliers are also cruelty free.

 

Which perfume oils are suitable for men?

​

Our perfume oils are suitable for all genders, as we believe that perfume preferences are as personal a choice as discovering your favourite meal or your favourite band.

If however, you are looking for a woodier, complex and less sweet scent, please look up the perfume oils “Abraxas”, “Leviathan”, “Empusa” & "Belial".

 

How do I know which perfume is right for me, or my loved one?

Scent is a highly personal experience for each individual, so the best way to decide on your signature scent is by purchasing a sample set first.

Please note it is always recommended to patch-test a new fragrance. Even with natural perfumes, irritation, sensitivity, or allergic reactions may occur.

 

What is the shelf life of your perfume oils?

​

Perfume oils remain at their best within the first year of creation. In order to prolong the shelf life, please ensure that you store your perfume under proper conditions.

Always store your perfume oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Our perfume oils do not contain water therefore there is no risk of them growing bacteria or mould.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that occasionally a cancellation is needed. All our products are made to order so you must cancel your order within 12 hours of making your purchase.

Any later than this and we cannot accept your cancellation request as we will have already begun to make your order.

 

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

​

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the personal nature of our products.

It is always advisable to order samples first if you're not sure whether or not the perfume oil is suitable for you.

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us so we can work something out on a case by case basis.
